Free Shipping

At lyther.com, we offer free shipping all over the world, on all orders, with no minimum order sizes. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Delivery Time

Regular size orders are made to order and are shipped within 2-3 business days. However, it can take up to 5-8 business days for your item to be shipped. Whereas, the prime products are ready in stock and are shipped the next day from placement of order.

We strive to minimize fulfillment time for our custom orders as well. After confirmation of details such as measurements, we usually dispatch custom orders within 5-8 business days.

After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep depending on the courier service speed.

World Wide Delivery

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Courier Service

In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you ASAP.

APO/PO Box Addresses

For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

Duty/Customs

On getting out of stock in our warehouses in the specific country for the particular order, we ship directly to customer from our International Factory/Warehouse. All those orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ) basis. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to a purchase.

Complimentary Items

Orders exceeding 10 products don’t include complimentary items by default. Exceptions may apply in cases approved by our customer support representatives.

Other Policies

Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.

Once we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend you to follow up with the courier once you are provided with the tracking number. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, the courier company might destroy the parcel and in this case, we won’t be responsible.

If you have multiple orders that are all shipping to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment at our own discretion (unless otherwise instructed) to save time and money.

30-Days Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a comprehensive 30-days return policy. You can return or exchange any eligible item purchased from our store within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Effortless Return Process

Initiate Return/Exchange: Contact our dedicated customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number, the reason for your return, and the items you wish to return or exchange.

Ship Back the Item: Once your return or exchange is authorized, you will receive an address label to return. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and affix the address label. Ship the item back to our designated address via the befitting courier service.

Return/Exchange Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will thoroughly inspect the item within 72 hours. If the item meets our resalable condition standards, your refund or exchange order will be promptly processed, and if opted for exchange, the new item will be shipped within 5 business days after notification. If you opted for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your return or exchange.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect Product: If you received a product that differs from your order, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.

Defective Product: If you received a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 2 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at your discretion.

Damaged Product: If your product was damaged during shipping, you can initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.

Tampered Product: If you received a tampered product, please contact us immediately. We will thoroughly investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Return Exceptions

To ensure fairness and product integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized or Customized Items: Items that have been personalized or customized with specific markings, engravings, or alterations cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

If a product is used or returned without Tag cards/Labels, that item cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product is found to be damaged by the customer, that item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for either refund or exchange.

Standard Size Orders: Standard size orders can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
