1. Is LYTHER charge on delivery in USA?

All orders dispatched are free of charge in the USA. However, other than that if you are not in USA the delivery charges may apply.

2. How much days order will be delivered?

After the order has been dispatched, it usually takes 4-5 working days to process your order, and it might take 9-21 days to be delivered to your location.

3. Is product picture shows genuine product?

We do our own shoots and display only our genuine products. These products are manufactured and stitched in our own factory. We do not believe in showing pictures of other Brands to mislead our customers. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your mobile phone/ computer or laptop display quality.

4. How can i contact for faulted product delivered complaint?

We do care about our customers, and we will solve any issue with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with the following details:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item’s name and number
  • A description of the fault (along with the pictures) We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, and once the details have been verified, we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped. However, if the product has already been dispatched, you will have to receive it and then apply for a return.

Our Jacket measurements correspond to the numbers displayed in the size chart. You can refer to the charts with confidence in order to get the perfectly sized jacket.
